Please join us for Mindfulness Meditation Mondays

Join Cicely G and Jessica d’Arcy on Mondays at 9:30 am to journal, learn mindfulness techniques and meditation. Class is an hour long. $30 for drop in or $90 for 4 classes (you save $30 ~ this also helps you make the commitment to yourself). This class is designed to help you start your week off in alignment. Bring a journal. There will be chairs, yoga mats, and pillows, but you are also welcome to bring whatever you’d like
