Mindfulness is indeed a great tool for managing many things in life. I find that the clients that I interact with lately are having experiences with a detox of the past. I do not profess myself to be a healer of anyone but myself with support, but I am just a facilitator of the process that they are allowing to happen organically. Regard4Virtues-cicelyg
