NEW BEGINNINGS – UNDERSTANDING THE SELF Instructor: C. Greaves

Come Learn about Soft skills it is a combination of people skills, social skills and communication skills. Potential topics: Why do I feel disrespected?, Changing Anger into Love, Mindfulness and Meditation, How to make Happiness my friend, The art of Reiki and using it for healing and coping, A Chance to start over (Renewal), etc.

Fall Thursdays 6:00pm– 7:30pm 6 classes Location: MS Room 113 $ 90.00 Begins: Oct 10, 2019 Ends: Nov 14, 2019

Winter Thursdays 6:00pm– 7:30pm 6 classes Location: MS Room 113 $ 90.00 Begins: Jan 16, 2020 Ends: Feb 27, 2020 No class Feb 20, 2020

Classes will meet at the Dobbs Ferry Middle/High School, 505 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522. Please enter the building through the Middle School main entrance. Staff will be available to direct you to your classroom.
